Role Description This is a full-time, remote-based position for a Senior Tendering and Estimation Engineer . The successful candidate will be a key contributor in preparing cost estimates and technical submissions for lighting, and AV projects, with a primary focus on high-end architectural and commercial developments in the GCC and Middle East region. This role involves close collaboration with lighting designers, project engineers, and procurement teams to develop accurate and competitive project quotations. Key Responsibilities Analyze tender documents, technical specifications, and drawings for lighting, and AV scopes. Prepare accurate cost estimates covering materials, labor, equipment, and installation based on project requirements. Lead the preparation and timely submission of complete tender documentation, ensuring alignment with client expectations and MASQ’s design standards. Coordinate and manage pre-sales engineers and estimation teams across multiple remote locations. Prepare detailed material submittals, including the selection and value engineering of lighting brands and alternative products. Collaborate with lighting designers to ensure selected items meet both aesthetic and technical project requirements. Track project progress and support handover to project execution teams upon award. Continuously update pricing databases and maintain relationships with global and regional suppliers. Monitor market pricing and competitor activity to support strategic positioning of bids. Provide internal training for junior estimators and support knowledge sharing across the team. Ensure proper documentation, database coding, and version control across all tenders and estimates. Offer technical support and guidance throughout the design and bidding process. Maintain comprehensive project records and ensure traceability of all estimations. Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and supplier innovations in the lighting and AV sectors. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline. Minimum 7 years of experience in estimation and tendering, preferably within the lighting and AV industry. Proven experience in the GCC market with strong understanding of local project dynamics, codes, and supplier networks. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage remote teams across multiple geographies. Proficiency in cost analysis, value engineering, and market research. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to liaise with suppliers, consultants, and internal stakeholders. High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and cost estimation. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Familiarity with lighting design principles and architectural integration is a strong advantage. Role Description This is a full-time Remote role for an ERP Business Central Specialist. The ERP Business Central Specialist will be the lead technical expert on the implementation team, managing all aspects of the ERP system to support business operations efficiently. The role includes end-to-end configuration and optimization of Business Central modules, with a strong focus on Supply Chain Management, Finance, and Human Resources. Responsibilities also include requirements gathering, change management, system configuration, integration with legacy applications, AL language coding, and ongoing support. Responsibilities Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions. Analyze and estimate business modification requests. Design and develop custom layouts, forms, tables, and reports using AL language specific to Finance (invoicing, budgeting, financial reporting), Supply Chain (inventory, procurement, vendor management), and HR (employee records, payroll, leave management). Customize existing Dynamics 365 modules to meet specific business requirements. Develop API pages and integrate them with existing Dynamics 365 APIs. Work with Dynamics 365 APIs to create custom integrations and workflows. Ensure seamless data integrity between ERP and legacy applications. Write and maintain AL language code for customizations and enhancements. Train and support end-users; develop user guides where necessary. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to customizations and integrations. Stay updated with ERP features and implement improvements. Design and implement customized reports and dashboards using Power Bi and ERP built in reporting tools. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or related field. "MB-800 Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant" certification is highly desirable. Minimum 5 years of experience as a software developer working with Dynamics 365 Business Central, at least 3 of which must be with the AL programming language. Experience with Business Central 15 and above is required, specifically with using events to perform modifications. Ability to design, develop, and implement customizations for Dynamics 365 system. Understanding of companies' workflow and project/product cycle. Proficiency in designing and developing custom layouts, forms, tables, and reports using Power BI. Strong collaboration skills to work with project stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions. Troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities related to customizations and integrations.
