The Site Engineer (Civil) will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is executed as per design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. The role includes labour supervision, material accountability, and quality control while coordinating with contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders to maintain smooth execution and timely completion of construction activities. Supervise/manage construction activities to ensure adherence to project plans, drawings, & specifications. Directly oversee labour teams, assign daily tasks, and ensure proper workforce management. Develop method statement for the activity including risk assessment and job safety environmental analysis and Inspection Test Plan and Checklist based on specifications of the project. Carry out Internal Audit at the site as scheduled in the Project Quality Plan, PQP. Liaise with Contractors quality Engineer for submission of material submittals to Consultant. Ensuring compliance with QA requirements for structural & equipment erection, installation & commissioning.
