A minimum of 8+ years of professional experience (excluding freelance) in Structural/Civil services encompassing design, drafting, modeling, and coordination, utilizing software such as RISA, ETABS, ENERCALC, and STAAD.Pro , Revit, and AutoCAD. Proven design experience in building structures, including proficiency with Steel, Concrete, Wood, and Masonry materials. Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing BIM 360/ACC, Microsoft Office, Adobe, and Windows OS 10 to enhance project coordination and management. Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work effectively in a team or independently, showcasing multitasking abilities. Proficiency in interpreting advanced construction documents and construction drawings, ensuring accurate and precise implementation of design intent. Extensive capability to generate 3D information models and construction drawings, showcasing advanced skills in utilizing design software. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate effective collaboration and information exchange among project stakeholders.
