Our flagship program, Backstage , brings the world of music careers to schools — connecting students with real industry experts, live sessions, and hands-on exposure to the modern music economy. Role Overview We’re looking for a dynamic, relationship-driven Head of Institutional Partnerships to lead the expansion of Backstage across India’s top schools. You’ll play a pivotal role in building long-term partnerships with schools, education boards, and institutional networks — making Mashup Edu a national name in modern music education. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end institutional partnerships for Backstage — from strategy to on-ground execution. Build strong relationships with school principals, education management teams, and partner networks. Develop and execute outreach strategies to onboard new schools each month. Collaborate with the internal team to tailor event formats and offerings for schools. Drive revenue through institutional partnerships and event collaborations. Represent Mashup Edu at education events, conferences, and school fairs. Track partnership performance, feedback, and optimise engagement strategies. What We’re Looking For 3–6 years of experience in institutional / B2B sales, ideally within the education or edtech sector. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability. A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, creative environments.
