Experience: 0 to 5 years Candidates with 1 - 3 years of FMCG/Dairy sales experience will be preferred Freshers are welcome if highly motivated and knowledgeable about the local area Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales & Revenue Generation Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Increase pouch milk sales in general trade, modern trade & institutional channels 2. Market Development Identify and develop new markets, retailers, and distribution partners Ensure product availability and visibility across outlets 3. Distributor/Dealer Management Manage distributor operations: billing, stock, performance monitoring, collections Resolve distributor issues and ensure consistent supply chain 4. Retailer Engagement Conduct regular market visits to build strong relationships Promote offers, address complaints, and educate on product benefits 5. Promotions & Branding Execute trade schemes, sampling, and in-store branding Work with marketing team to distribute promotional material 6.
