Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Engineer located in Surat. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, managing sales activities, and ensuring excellent customer service. Daily tasks include consulting with clients to understand their needs, presenting technical solutions, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with other departments to meet customer requirements & achieve company targets. Qualifications Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Proven experience in Sales Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with industrial products and processes is a plus
