Provide expert technical guidance. Troubleshoot complex issues. Optimize Maximo platform for performance & scalability. Key Responsibilities: Review Maximo architecture, dependencies, & integrations. Identify infra gaps & provide upgrade recommendations. Lead execution ensuring smooth cutover. Act as technical POC across teams. Resolve upgrade issues & enhance platform post-upgrade.
