Job Title: Industrial Automation Engineer (Fresher) Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Industrial Automation Engineer (Fresher) to join our engineering and support team. This entry-level role offers a great opportunity to work with cutting-edge automation technologies, including PLCs, HMIs, servo and stepper motors, motion controllers, and articulated robots. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in electrical systems and programming logic, along with a willingness to learn and grow in the field of industrial automation. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support for PLCs, HMIs, servo motors, stepper motors, and motion control systems. Assist in the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of industrial automation components and systems. Support PLC programming, testing, and commissioning under the guidance of senior engineers. Collaborate with the electrical team to assist in wiring, panel building, and system integration. Work on motion controllers and robotic systems, including articulated robots. Document system configurations, service reports, and troubleshooting procedures. Participate in on-site support and maintenance as required. Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Instrumentation Engineering. Basic understanding of PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi). Familiarity with HMI design and industrial communication protocols is a plus. Good knowledge of motors (servo and stepper) and motion control principles. Strong problem-solving abilities and eagerness to learn. Effective communication and teamwork skills.
