We’re Hiring – Business Development Manager (Websites & Digital Marketing) Location: Noida, Sector 63 | Shift: Day | Experience: 1-3 Years Marvel Web Solution is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead international sales for website development and digital marketing services. Key Responsibilities: Handle pre-qualified leads for SEO, Website Development, and other digital marketing services. Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand their needs and propose suitable solutions. Drive the entire sales process — from initial contact to closing the deal. Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to maximize conversions. Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals and deliverables. Meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs. Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Identify, generate, and nurture international leads through LinkedIn, email, and calls Pitch and close deals for services including SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, and Web Development Work on international projects and maintain long-term client relationships Mentor and guide the sales team to ensure consistent target achievement Requirements: Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written) 1-3years of experience in IT/Digital Marketing sales. Strong negotiation, closing skills, and experience handling virtual international client meetings Target-driven mindset with proven track record in revenue generation.
