The role includes monitoring the production process, addressing any issues that arise, and implementing efficiency improvements to enhance overall productivity. Qualifications Production Planning and Production Management skills Quality Control experience Operations Management and Manufacturing Operations skills Strong leadership and decision-making abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or related field Experience in the textile industry is a plus
