Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities, penetrate untapped markets, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders including developers, contractors, architects, and government agencies. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team, providing ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities. Revenue Growth: Accountable for achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business. Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to inform strategic decisions and product positioning. Brand Promotion: Enhance brand visibility and reputation through effective marketing initiatives and industry participation. Reporting: Provide regular and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses to senior management. Qualifications Experience: 4-5 years of dedicated sales experience in the precast and prefabricated construction industry. Leadership: Proven experience in leading and building successful sales teams. Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of precast and prefabricated building materials, manufacturing processes, and market dynamics. Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
