We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic Door-to-Door Marketing Executives to promote Maruti 7 Wonder City’s residential projects. The role involves direct interaction with potential clients, distributing marketing material, and generating leads through personal contact and area-specific visits. --- Key Responsibilities: Visit residential areas, apartments, and local businesses to promote Maruti 7 Wonder City projects Explain project features, location benefits, and pricing to potential buyers Distribute brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials Collect customer contact details and feedback Generate leads and schedule site visits for the sales team Maintain a daily report of areas covered, people approached, and leads generated Represent the brand with professionalism and courtesy Build relationships and trust with local residents and small businesses Participate in promotional campaigns, events, or roadshows when needed --- Requirements: Minimum 12th pass or graduate Good communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi/Chhattisgarhi, basic English) Presentable and confident personality Must be willing to travel and work in the field Prior experience in real estate marketing or field sales is a plus Own vehicle (preferred, but not mandatory) --- Salary & Benefits: Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives for Every Qualified Lead Petrol Allowance (if own vehicle used) On-the-job training and support from the sales team Opportunity to grow within the company
