Role: Senior Manager - Analyst Exp: 9- 14 years Location: Andheri Analytics is responsible for leading data-driven strategies and delivering analytical insights to support business goals. This role involves managing analytics teams, developing predictive models, driving customer insights, and collaborating across departments to improve decision-making and business performance. Role & responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of data analysts, data scientists, and business intelligence professionals. Design and oversee implementation of analytical models and data solutions. Work with stakeholders to identify business problems and develop analytical approaches. Present actionable insights to senior management and drive strategic initiatives. Develop dashboards, KPIs, and data visualization tools for performance tracking. Ensure data governance, quality, and compliance with regulatory standards. Would work closely with other stakeholders for database management for campaigns, Technical Skills: Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes. Working knowledge of statistical and ML algorithms like Clustering, Regression, Ensemble techniques, Naive Bayes classifiers, Neural networks etc is a big advantage.
