You should have a minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive/Officer in a 5-star hotel. It is essential to have a good command over English and communication skills, along with a strong knowledge of FLS and managing Audits. Candidates with Marriott experience will have an added advantage. As a Loss Prevention Executive at The Ritz-Carlton, Pune, your responsibilities will include implementing and maintaining security and safety measures within the hotel premises. This full-time on-site role involves monitoring surveillance systems, conducting patrols, investigating incidents, assisting guests and employees with security concerns, and developing and implementing loss prevention strategies. To excel in this role, you should possess knowledge of security and safety procedures and protocols, experience in loss prevention, attention to detail, and strong observation skills. You must also demonstrate the ability to handle and resolve conflicts efficiently, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and work collaboratively as part of a team. Physical fitness is required as the role involves standing and walking for long periods. Prior experience in the hospitality industry would be beneficial. A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is mandatory.
