To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree with a minimum of 6+ years of experience in an analytical data or Markets controls role. Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel at a macro level, and strong interpersonal skills are essential. You should be able to work effectively both independently and collaboratively, manage time efficiently, and have a proactive and self-motivated approach to work. Excellent communication skills in English, knowledge of Financial Markets, and the ability to present clear findings and rationale are also required. A curious mindset, rapid learning capability, and the ability to support decisions with sound reasoning will be key strengths in this role.
