About the job:

Key responsibilities:

1. Set up and manage A+ content, product uploads, store layout, and catalog structuring on Amazon, Flipkart, and quick-commerce platforms.
2. Handle daily claims, reimbursements, stranded listings, and policy violations.
3. Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis with tools such as Helium 10 and Jungle Scout.
4. Optimize listings with high-converting titles, bullet points, and back-end keywords.
5. Create, manage, and scale Sponsored Ads and Product Campaigns.
6. Monitor CTR, ACOS, ROAS, and budget pacing to drive daily improvements.
7. Analyze SKU-wise profitability, accounting for hidden charges, RTOs, ad spend, and platform fees.
8. Maintain weekly P&L reports and provide actionable insights.
9. Use data tools to identify trending products with high search volume and low competition.
10. Launch and scale new products based on sales velocity and category trends.
11. Work closely with design, content, and operations teams to execute growth campaigns and ensure smooth logistics.

Other Requirements:

1. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Amazon & Flipkart seller panels.

2. Proficient in Flat Files, Helium10, Jungle Scout, Amazon Ads Console.

3. Strong analytical & Excel skills – must be able to calculate SKU-wise margins.

4. Solid knowledge of platform policies, algorithm changes & troubleshooting.

5. Excellent verbal & written communication skills.

6. Bonus: Experience with Zepto/Blinkit or the Kids/Toys category.
