Marketplace Operations Executive(MOE)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Marketplace Operations Executive to support day-to-day operations of our marketplace program. The role involves coordinating with external partners and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, listing support, operational tracking, and timely closure of activities. This position is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals who want to build a career in e-commerce and operations.

Number of Positions: 01 Only.

Experience: Fresher – 1 Year

CTC & Salary Range: In hand Rs.15,000/- to Rs.20,000/- per month (CTC: Rs.2,38,094/- to Rs.3,00,343/- per annum).

Educational Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in any discipline with 0-1 year experience in operations, coordination, or e-commerce support is an advantage

Required Skills:

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong follow-up and coordination ability
• Basic understanding of e-commerce or operations processes
• Comfortable with Excel, email, and internal tools
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders
• Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with marketplace partners for onboarding documentation and basic compliance
• Support product listing coordination with internal listing and catalog teams
• Act as a single point of contact between partners and internal teams (Purchase, Accounts, Logistics, Operations)
• Track partner-wise activities such as product status, inventory movement, and order execution
• Assist in resolving partner queries related to listings, orders, and operational processes
• Maintain trackers, reports, and documentation related to marketplace operations
• Ensure process adherence, timely follow-ups, and operational discipline
