Job Title: E-commerce Marketplace Executive

Reports to: Marketplace Manager

Job Summary:

We're seeking a driven E-commerce Marketplace Executive to manage and optimize our presence on online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, ).

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimize product listings, descriptions, and images on marketplaces

- Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and marketplace metrics

- Collaborate with marketing team on marketplace promotions and advertising

- Ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer service on marketplaces

- Identify opportunities to improve online sales and growth on marketplaces

Requirements:

- 2-5 years of experience in e-commerce/digital marketing

- Strong understanding of e-commerce marketplaces and trends

- Analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and meet targets

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing/E-commerce or related field

Desired Skills:

- Experience with Amazon/Flipkart seller central and other marketplaces

- Knowledge of marketplace policies, fees, and best practices

- Proficiency in MS Office and e-commerce tools

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Familiarity with Indian e-commerce market trends
