The role involves playing a crucial liaison role during technology implementation, providing clear direction and requirements testing new and enhanced capabilities before production release. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, campaign design, customer data mapping, solution design, development, and deployment of campaign solutions. You will contribute to developing marketing capabilities at LTIMindtree with a deep understanding of various marketing programs in a multichannel Campaign and Marketing world, client preferences, and ROI measurement methods. You must demonstrate an understanding of the latest digital marketing trends, including mobile channel integration, data management, online and offline channel integration, and technology utilization. Experience with developing landing pages and templates is required. Minimum Skill Requirements: - Marketo Lead management and hands-on customer data management experience. - Conceptual understanding of marketing promotions process and related capabilities. - Understanding of marketing cloud data architecture. - Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, Bootstrap, and responsive design. - Knowledge of integrations with Salesforce, websites, MDM, and third-party tools using REST and SOAP APIs. - Ability to gather requirements effectively, provide best practices and solutions, work independently, and deliver end products. - Working knowledge of tools like Litmus. Good to Have: - Developing technical solution proposals, architecture recommendations, licensing, configuration, sizing, and scalability. - Experience with any custom or packaged Campaign Management product. - Exposure to advanced Digital marketing skills. - Administration and installation skills in any marketing Technologies.
