As a Marketing Agent (on site) at To-Let Globe, your role will involve overseeing operations in Gomtinagar - Lucknow. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth running of property rental services by managing properties and coordinating with landlords and tenants. This full-time hybrid role is based in Lucknow, with the flexibility for some work from home. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with team members to execute marketing campaigns by leading brainstorming sessions for internal and external projects. - Register vendors and properties to the company insights. - Implement marketing campaigns for brand building and lead generation, aligning with overall company goals and targets. - Help gather and analyze data to reach insights about brands, competitors, and trends. - Contribute to lead-generation and customer-acquisition activities, such as media promotion, networking, trade shows, and events. - Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insights, and assess against goals. **Qualifications Required:** - Must have a bike or scooty. After successfully completing a three-day training period, you will be confirmed for the role. The salary offered is 10,000 (Fixed) along with incentives and a petrol allowance. The working hours are 6 hours a day with a salary incrementation up to 22,000 after three months.,
