Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Team member based in Kochi. The position entails developing and executing marketing strategies, conducting market research, engaging directly with customers, and driving sales initiatives mainly with top architects and interior designers. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams, maintaining effective communication standards, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills for internal collaboration and customer interaction
• Proficiency in Market Research and crafting effective Marketing Strategies
• Experience in Sales and a proven ability to meet targets
• Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction and retention
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to on-site responsibilities
• Relevant experience in the plywood or building materials industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
