Position Overview:

We are seeking a female Marketing Strategist & Digital Marketing Executive to join our team in Calicut. The ideal candidate will manage our social media presence, develop marketing strategies, and help generate bookings both online and offline through creative and effective marketing initiatives. IN this exciting role, you will harness your creativity and analytical skills to drive impactful marketing strategies that elevate our brand presence and engage our audience.

What you’ll do

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business goals.
• Utilize SEO tools to enhance website visibility and drive organic traffic through effective keyword research and optimization.
• Create compelling content across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, and blogs to engage our target audience.
• Manage social media marketing campaigns, including Facebook Advertising, to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics to refine strategies and improve conversion optimization.

Basic qualifications

• Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of performance marketing principles.
• Proficiency in content management systems like WordPress for website management.
• Familiarity with Google Ads, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), and Google AdWords for paid advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage social media pages for all company properties and hospitality projects.
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms.
• Create engaging content (posts, reels, ads, etc.) to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Coordinate and implement online campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
• Support in lead generation and conversion to drive direct bookings.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to align marketing activities with business goals.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports.
• Assist in offline marketing activities such as promotional events, collaborations, and branding initiatives.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing or hospitality marketing.
• Proficiency in social media management and online advertising tools.
• Strong communication and creative thinking skills.
• Passion for the hospitality and tourism industry.
• Female candidates preferred.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
