We are growing rapidly and are looking for a passionate on-field marketing professional to help expand our presence and generate high-quality business leads.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic, confident, and proactive Marketing Specialist who will represent Ranthambore Weddings on the ground. The candidate will be responsible for building strong local presence, driving promotions, forming partnerships, and generating consistent business for the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

1. On-Field Marketing & Promotion

• Visit hotels, venues, resorts, cafés, event spaces, and tourism hotspots to promote our services.
• Educate partners and clients about our offerings, wedding packages, and brand values.
• Distribute brochures, flyers, and promotional material strategically.

2. Lead Generation & Business Development

• Identify potential customers such as engaged couples, families, and event hosts.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and convert leads into qualified inquiries.
• Build and manage a strong local network to bring consistent business.

3. Partnership Development

• Create and nurture relationships with hotels, photographers, decorators, car rental vendors, florists, and local businesses.
• Explore tie-ups, commission-based partnerships, and referrals.

4. Market Analysis

• Stay updated with wedding trends, competitor offerings, and local customer preferences.
• Share weekly insights and suggestions to strengthen our sales strategy.

5. Brand Presence

• Ensure strong visibility of Ranthambore Weddings across Sawai Madhopur.
• Assist with small on-ground promotional events, exhibitions, or booths whenever required.

Requirements:

• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Sawai Madhopur.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Confident personality with a passion for marketing and wedding industry.
• Ability to travel locally for marketing activities.
• Previous experience in sales/marketing/hospitality/event management is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of social media and digital promotion is an advantage.
