Who We re Looking For:
   We re looking for a Marketing Specialist who understands both the creative and strategic sides of marketing. You should be confident in managing social media marketing (organic and paid) You ll work closely with cross-functional teams like sales, design, and leadership to plan and execute  
  assignments. Strong coordination and communication skills are key. You should be comfortable with simple, clear copywriting and short-form content creation for posts, ads, and landing pages. You ll lead execution across digital channels and support content initiatives all while  
  learning and growing in the high-impact world of MedTech and Healthcare.  
  
 
  
What Youll Be Doing
   
 
  
Marketing (Main Stage Duties):
   1. Social Media Management (Must-Have)  
  Own and manage DASH s presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook and other relevant platforms.  
  Plan and maintain a consistent, engaging, and brand-aligned social media calendar  
  Schedule, post, and manage performance of organic content with platform-relevant tone and CTAs  
  Support LinkedIn Paid Social Execution including:  
  o Engagement campaigns  
  o Website traffic promotions  
  o Lead generation using native forms or landing pages  
  Collaborate with the content and design teams for creatives and messaging  
  Continuously test creatives, formats, and messaging to scale results and improve ROI  
  Drive traffic to the DASH website through both organic and paid social media activities  
  Track and analyze performance metrics; identify areas to scale while gradually taking ownership of  
  platform-specific optimizations and performance tracking.  
  Stay current with platform trends, ad features, and algorithm changes  
  Coordinate with sales and leadership to align ad messaging with outreach goals  
  
 
  
2. Copywriting & Content Support (Must-Have)
   Write engaging, platform-appropriate captions and short-form content for posts and ads  
  Craft clear, persuasive CTAs that drive engagement and conversions  
  Simplify complex MedTech or healthcare topics into easy-to-understand, audience-relevant messaging  
  Assist in creating, editing, and repurposing content to suit multiple formats such as blogs, emailers, landing pages, and case studies ensuring  
  consistency in messaging and tone.  
  Contribute ideas and assist with content research where required  
  Ensure tone, structure, and clarity align with brand voice across all communication  
  Optimize copy for SEO when needed especially on landing pages and blog snippets  
  
 
  
3. Coordination & Cross-Functional Collaboration
   Collaborate with sales, design, content, and development teams for alignment  
  Support and contribute to website enhancement efforts on the DASH website  
  Ensure timely handoffs and communication across teams for marketing assignments  
  Assist with CRM workflows, marketing automation, and email campaigns SEO (Good to Have)  
  Conduct keyword research and collaborate on SEO-driven content planning  
  Support on-page optimization (titles, descriptions, meta tags, etc.)  
  Monitor keyword rankings and industry trends for content improvement  
  
 
  
Skills Required
   
 
  
1. Social Media Marketing
   Proven experience managing LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter  
  Experience in creating and managing organic content calendars  
  Hands-on experience with LinkedIn paid campaigns (Engagement, Website Traffic/ Lead Gen)  
  Ability to track performance metrics and optimize content for reach and conversions  
  Familiarity with platform algorithms and trends  
  
 
  
2. Copywriting & Content Creation
   Strong short form writing skills for social media posts and ad captions  
  Ability to create clear CTAs and persuasive copy for landing pages and promotional content  
  Skill in simplifying technical/healthcare concepts into audience-friendly messaging  
  Experience in content repurposing across formats (blogs, emailers, case studies, etc.)  
  Ability to maintain consistent brand tone and voice across all content types  
  
 
  
3. Coordination & Communication
   Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, design, content, and tech teams  
  Strong coordination and internal communication skills  
  Experience in contributing to website enhancements (from a content/marketing perspective)  
  Basic understanding of CRM tools [HubSpot] and email marketing platforms  
  
 
  
4. Analytics & Optimization
   Ability to interpret social media and campaign performance reports  
  Experience using tools like LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics  
  A/B testing and creative testing for improving social and paid media performance

   Strong verbal and written communication  
  High attention to detail and organizational skills  
  Ability to take ownership of tasks and execute them independently with minimal handholding  
  Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines  
  Curious, proactive, and open to feedback you bring ideas to the table and have a growth mindset  
  Eagerness to understand the MedTech and Healthcare space, with the ability to adapt quickly in a

SEO [Good to Have Skills]
   Working knowledge of keyword research tools (e.g., Google Keyword Planner)  
  Familiarity with on-page SEO best practices (titles, meta descriptions, alt tags, etc.)  
  Ability to collaborate with content and dev teams on SEO improvements  
  Awareness of SERP trends, ranking factors, and performance tracking tools (e.g., Google Search Console)
