About us

You'll market two brands under one founder: a fast-growing HR tech startup and an established real estate company.

CredXHire is India's verification-first hiring platform. It connects verified job seekers with verified employers, helping companies hire genuine talent faster while protecting job seekers from fake job postings and fraudulent recruiters.

CredXInfra (formerly Karthikeya Developers) is an end-to-end real estate company with almost 25 years in the market. We handle development, marketing and sales of our projects in-house.

About the role

We're looking for a Marketing Specialist to own marketing for both CredXHire and CredXInfra, working directly with the founder.

You'll run social media, content, SEO and AEO, PR and brand for both companies, and support our two communities. You'll also lead a small team of a multimedia designer and two interns. The founder runs paid ads; you'll monitor them daily, report on results and make sure your content and landing pages support every campaign.

This role suits someone who has handled multiple brands at an agency and wants real ownership in a growing company.

What you'll do

Strategy and planning

• Build and run monthly marketing plans for both brands, with clear targets agreed with the founder.
• Plan weekly priorities across CredXHire and CredXInfra based on what each business needs most.

Social media and content

• Own the content calendar and social media for both brands on LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and X.
• Plan and write content: posts, reels scripts, blogs, newsletters, emails and WhatsApp messages.
• Grow followers, engagement and inbound enquiries for both brands.

SEO and AEO

• Improve search rankings and website traffic through keyword research, on-page SEO and regular blog content.
• Make both brands visible in AI answers (ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Overviews) through FAQ content, structured data and trusted mentions.
• Manage Google Business Profile and online reviews, especially for CredXInfra.

Brand and PR

• Keep each brand's voice, visuals and messaging consistent across every channel.
• Handle press releases, media outreach and the founder's personal brand on LinkedIn.

Ads support and reporting

• Monitor paid ads daily (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) and flag issues or opportunities to the founder.
• Write ad copy and brief creatives for campaigns.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on leads, sign-ups, cost per lead, reach and engagement.

Communities

• Support the CredXHire and CredXInfra communities with content, events and member engagement.

Team leadership

• Lead the multimedia designer and two marketing interns: assign work, review quality and keep deadlines.
• Manage freelancers for video, 3D renders, PR or technical SEO when needed.
• Use AI tools to speed up content and research, with every output reviewed before it goes live.

What we're looking for

• 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Marketing experience in real estate or HR tech, recruitment or job portals.
• Experience leading a small team (designers, executives or interns), assigning work and reviewing quality.
• Hands-on experience with social media, content marketing and SEO, with results you can show in numbers.
• Working knowledge of Meta, Google and LinkedIn ads: you can read dashboards, track performance and spot problems.
• Comfort with analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console and platform dashboards.
• Strong writing skills in English, and the ability to adapt tone between a startup brand and a real estate brand.
• Ability to manage several brands and deadlines at once without dropping quality.

Nice to have

• Digital marketing agency experience handling multiple clients at once (strongly preferred).
• Experience with AEO or getting brands mentioned in AI search results.
• Experience running email and WhatsApp marketing (WhatsApp Business API, automated flows).
• Experience building or editing landing pages in WordPress, Webflow or Framer.
• Experience growing a community, newsletter or founder's LinkedIn presence.
• Ability to write content in Telugu or Hindi.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹44,000.00 per month
