Job Description: Senior Marketing Executive – Direct & Digital Marketing

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Senior Marketing Executive with 4.5 years of experience in direct and digital marketing. The ideal candidate should be skilled in executing marketing campaigns, generating leads, building customer relationships, and improving brand visibility through both online and offline marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute direct marketing campaigns, including client outreach, cold calling, email marketing, and relationship management.
• Manage digital marketing activities across social media, search engines, email, and other online channels.
• Generate qualified leads and support business development and sales objectives.
• Develop marketing content, promotional materials, and campaign strategies.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize marketing activities to improve ROI.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with sales and internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective lead follow-ups.
• Track marketing KPIs and prepare regular performance reports.

Required Skills

• 4–5 years of hands-on experience in direct and digital marketing.
• Knowledge of lead generation, cold outreach, email marketing, and customer engagement.
• Experience with digital marketing platforms, social media campaigns, and analytics tools.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
• Good analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience with CRM tools, Google Analytics, and digital advertising platforms.
• Experience in the IT or technology industry would be an advantage.
