What will you drive?

• Monitor brand mentions, reviews, and comments across social media, review sites (Google, Glassdoor, MouthShut, etc.), and forums.
• Respond to customer reviews, comments, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Escalate negative mentions to the relevant departments and follow up on resolution.
• Coordinate with internal teams (customer support, marketing, etc.) to manage crisis communication or negative feedback.
• Maintain a daily/weekly/monthly ORM report and share insights with stakeholders.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve brand sentiment and visibility.
• Track competitors reputational performance and provide insights.

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in ORM, social media management, or customer experience (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with ORM tools like Google Alerts, Brand24, Hootsuite, etc. (preferred).
• Ability to work under pressure and manage sensitive issues with discretion.
