Stabilisers Role & responsibilities Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs Evaluate the customer's exact requirement and suggest product accordingly. Help each team member in engineering and in making the team strong. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections Collaborate with team members to achieve better results Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams Preferred candidate profile He/She should be working in the UPS/Servo Voltage Stabilisers/Power Electronics Industry in direct sales. 1. Leadership & People Management Team leadership Ability to motivate, coach, and develop a sales team. Conflict resolution – Managing interpersonal issues within the team effectively. Recruitment and training – Hiring top talent and building onboarding processes. 2. Sales Strategy & Execution Sales planning – Creating sales plans, quotas, and territory strategies. Forecasting & pipeline management – Accurately projecting revenue and managing the sales funnel. Target-driven mindset – Setting and meeting ambitious sales goals. 3. Communication & Relationship Building Negotiation skills – Closing deals and managing high-stakes discussions. Product knowledge – Deep understanding of your product/service and its value proposition.
