Identify and attract potential customers through online and offline channels.
Conduct campaigns, store activities, and influencer collaborations to generate leads.

2. Sales Target Achievement

Convert leads into sales by understanding customer needs and presenting appropriate product options.
Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets set by the company.

3. Marketing Strategy Execution

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (digital, print, in-store).
Coordinate with creative teams for brochures, social media, posters, and product promotions.

4. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Handle follow-ups, queries, feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

5. Market Research & Competitor Analysis

Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor offerings.
Suggest improvements in product offerings or marketing based on findings.

6. Social Media & Online Presence

Assist in managing social media pages, responding to DMs/inquiries.
Help promote products through reels, WhatsApp marketing, influencer tie-ups, etc.

7. In-Store Promotions & Event Handling

Support in organizing exhibitions, launch events, festival offers, and store events.
Engage with walk-in customers and guide them through the jewellery collections.

8. Reporting & Performance Tracking

Maintain daily sales and marketing activity records.
Share weekly/monthly reports with senior management.
