Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive – Building MaterialsLocation: CHENNAI Industry: Building Materials / Construction SuppliesJob Type: Full-timeJob Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage B2B and B2C sales for Nirali sinks, tile adhesives (Roff), and manhole covers.
• Meet architects, builders, dealers, and contractors to promote our products.
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics for timely delivery.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and sales reports.

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (marketing background preferred).
• 1–2 years of sales experience in building materials / plumbing / tiles / construction industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of local market and customer base.
• Willing to travel locally for field visits and client meetings.
• Self-motivated and goal-driven.

Salary: As per industry standards + Incentives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
