Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Marketing Executive/Manager to promote our laboratory services, build client relationships, and grow our customer base across industries including water treatment, agriculture, pharmaceuticals, food, and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients (industries, manufacturers, institutions, consultants, NGOs, etc.)
• Promote laboratory testing services such as water, soil, food, oil, pharma, and environmental analysis
• Manage inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up for conversions
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Conduct field visits, presentations, and client meetings
• Maintain a database of leads, prospects, and clients using CRM tools
• Coordinate with the technical team for timely updates and reporting
• Provide feedback from the market to improve service offerings

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, Environmental Science, or Marketing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of lab testing services or willingness to learn
• Fluency in Hindi and English (written and spoken)
• Ability to meet sales targets and work independently
• Proficient in MS Office, email, and CRM tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in marketing for testing labs, pharma, water treatment, or related fields
• Knowledge of NABL, FSSAI, ISO, BIS compliance is a plus
• Own two-wheeler (for field visits)

Compensation

• Salary: As per industry standards (with performance-based incentives)
• Benefits: Travel allowance, mobile reimbursement, training, and performance bonuses
