With a minimum of 3 years of experience in the marketing field, you should possess expertise in both online and offline marketing, particularly excelling in Digital Marketing and Social Media Management. Any prior experience in NGO marketing campaigns will be considered a significant asset. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various online platforms. You will be entrusted with the task of enhancing and expanding the company's presence on social media channels, as well as devising and implementing SEO strategies to boost organic traffic. Additionally, you will oversee website management and ensure timely content updates, along with coordinating and executing online marketing and promotional campaigns. In parallel, you will be responsible for planning and executing offline marketing activities and events. Collaborating with NGOs for marketing outreach and campaigns will also be part of your role, including coordination efforts between office projects and NGO initiatives, such as Thousand Petals Quest foundation campaigns. Furthermore, you will be expected to analyze marketing performance metrics and compile detailed performance reports. The ideal candidate should possess a robust understanding of Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing. Hands-on experience with SEO strategies and relevant tools is a must, along with prior exposure to website content management.
