As the Website Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our website, which serves as the front door to our business, brand, and impact. You will work closely with a collaborative team to enhance the website experience by combining design thinking, SEO strategy, and marketing performance to create a seamless and high-performing engine. Your responsibilities will include designing landing pages that drive action, optimizing user flows to enhance digital sales, evolving the website into a smart experience integrated with Salesforce, improving speed, UX, and performance metrics through experiments, and utilizing insights to drive growth. You will be responsible for the full website experience, including UX, design consistency, structure, and responsiveness. Additionally, you will create and test landing pages for campaigns, manage user journey flows, implement growth-focused SEO strategies, handle CRM and martech integrations, collaborate across departments, and analyze site performance data to make informed decisions. To excel in this role, you should have at least 3-5 years of experience managing high-performing websites, be proficient in CMS platforms like WordPress or Webflow, possess a keen eye for clean and conversion-focused UX, and have a basic understanding of design systems. Familiarity with SEO tools, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and CRO frameworks is essential, with a bonus for knowledge of Salesforce, marketing automation tools, and HTML/CSS basics.
