Job Description Marketing (JSW Industrial Parks) Position Details: Position Name: Marketing– JSW Industrial Parks Current Position Holder: New Role Designation: Manager / Senior Manager Division: Marketing & Communications Location: JSW Industrial Parks, Mumbai Reports to: Head – Marketing & Business Development Qualification: MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Communications, or a related field Experience: 8-12 years in marketing, event management, brand communication, and agency collaboration Role Purpose This role is responsible for driving marketing and brand positioning for JSW Industrial Parks by managing event sponsorships, industry seminars, investor engagement programs, and digital campaigns. The Marketing Manager will play a key role in developing communication strategies, collaborating with agencies, and enhancing JSW Industrial Parks' visibility among key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning & Lead Generation • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for the industrial park in collaboration with the Head of Marketing. • Work closely with the sales team to generate leads and convert them into new tenants for the industrial park. Event Management & Industry Engagement • Plan, execute, and manage participation in industry events, trade fairs, exhibitions, and investor summits to promote JSW Industrial Parks. • Identify strategic events and seminars for sponsorships and networking opportunities. • Organize investor roadshows, business summits, and government engagement programs to attract investments. Marketing & Brand Communication • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to position JSW Industrial Parks as a preferred investment destination. • Collaborate with external agencies for branding, content creation, digital marketing, and PR initiatives. • Ensure consistent brand messaging across print, digital, and on-ground activations. • Oversee the creation of marketing collaterals, presentations, and brochures for investor engagement. Budget Management • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies that drive results within the allocated budget. Agency & Vendor Management • Manage relationships with marketing, PR, and event management agencies to ensure high-quality execution. • Oversee contracts, budgets, and deliverables to align with business objectives. • Work closely with internal teams and agencies to drive lead generation and market outreach strategies. Stakeholder Engagement & Communications • Develop investor outreach strategies, including targeted communication campaigns and industry specific initiatives. • Build and maintain relationships with industry bodies, trade associations, and government stakeholders. • Support leadership in preparing investor presentations, reports, and strategic communication materials. Key Skills & Competencies • Strong experience in event planning, B2B marketing, and corporate communications. • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including government agencies, investors, and internal teams. • Proven expertise in managing external marketing agencies and vendors. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, branding strategies, and investor relations.
