Marketing Manager (Sales & Marketing in Real State)

Organization Name Annantam Enterprises Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the marketing efforts for our real estate portfolio. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales conversions for residential and/or commercial properties. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote residential and commercial properties across digital and traditional platforms. Conduct market research to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitor insights. Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media. Oversee the creation of marketing content including property listings, brochures, videos, and virtual tours . Coordinate with sales teams to develop marketing materials that support sales objectives. Manage advertising budgets and allocate resources to maximize ROI. Maintain the companys website and ensure property listings are up-to-date. Plan and execute events , such as open houses, property exhibitions, and client engagement programs. Track and report on marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed. Develop and maintain relationships with real estate portals, media agencies, and influencers . Requirements: Bachelor's/Master degree in related field (Masters preferred). 10-12 years of marketing experience, preferably in the real estate industry. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset with attention to detail and a data-driven approach. Strong project management and organizational skills. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with real estate platforms Experience working with real estate Knowledge of local market regulations and buyer behavior.
