As a Fashion Marketing and Communications Manager at BASICS brand, your role is crucial in shaping and executing the marketing strategy, fostering relationships with media outlets, influencers, and customers, and driving both internal and external communications for the brand. Your contribution will play a key role in promoting the brand's image, increasing brand awareness, and driving overall sales growth. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Marketing Strategy & Planning:** - Develop and execute seasonal marketing campaigns aligned with the brand's vision and business goals. - Collaborate with product development and design teams to align marketing strategies with upcoming product launches and collections. - Manage digital marketing strategies (social media, email campaigns, paid media, etc.) for effective promotion. - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies. - **Content Creation & Management:** - Create engaging, brand-aligned content for digital channels such as social media, brand website, and email newsletters. - Oversee the creation of promotional materials like lookbooks, press kits, and campaign visuals. - Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and designers to develop visually compelling content. - **Public Relations & Media Relations:** - Build and maintain relationships with fashion media, influencers, and bloggers. - Coordinate media outreach and press coverage for brand visibility. - Organize press events, influencer collaborations, and media interviews. - **Event Planning & Execution:** - Plan and execute fashion shows, pop-up shops, influencer events, and brand activations. - Oversee logistics, guest lists, and event promotion for successful outcomes. - **Social Media & Digital Presence:** - Develop and implement a social media strategy for increased engagement and followers. - Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize content and campaigns. - Collaborate with influencers and content creators to amplify brand visibility. - **Brand Identity & Voice:** - Ensure consistency in the brand's messaging and tone across all marketing channels. - Work with cross-functional teams to maintain a cohesive brand image. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion Merchandising, or related field. - 3+ years of experience in fashion marketing, communications, or PR. - Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends. - Proven ability to create and execute marketing campaigns. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. - Strong organizational and project management skills. - Passion for fashion, trends, and the industry. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and design software. - Experience with analytics tools is desirable.
