Marketing Internship

About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic and self-driven Marketing & Growth Intern who can actively support content creation, digital marketing, lead generation, and initial sales outreach. This internship is perfect for someone who wants hands-on exposure to the entire marketing and sales pipeline.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation

• Create engaging content for social media, blogs, reels, newsletters, and website
• Work with design/creative teams to develop high-quality visuals and marketing assets
• Brainstorm ideas for campaigns, brand positioning, and storytelling

Digital Marketing

• Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns
• Manage posting schedules and track content performance
• Support basic SEO research, keyword planning, and competitor analysis
• Help run and optimize ads on Meta/Google (if applicable)

Lead Generation

• Research and build targeted lead lists using online tools and platforms
• Run outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp)
• Track lead flow, maintain CRM entries, and follow up on warm leads
• Assist in campaign performance reporting

Sales Support

• Conduct initial sales outreach (calls/messages) to explain product/service
• Qualify leads and schedule demos/meetings for the sales team/founder
• Support in preparing sales decks, proposals, and follow-up communication

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication and content writing skills
• Basic understanding of marketing, social media, and branding
• Comfortable speaking to customers and doing outreach
• Knowledge of Canva, basic editing, or design tools is a plus
• Familiarity with CRMs, LinkedIn, or email automation tools is an advantage
• Proactive, organized, and eager to learn multiple verticals
