On the one hand, over a million college graduates have barely 5% employability rates yearly, while thousands of companies need help finding talent Newton School of Technology aims to bridge this massive gap through its industry-oriented Computer Science and AI degree program, Newton School of Technologys vision is not just to be an alternative to IITs but to redefine the landscape of higher education We aspire to be a modern, industry-led institute that focuses on a future-ready curriculum, deep industry engagement through faculty & mentors, advance-tech subjects like AI & robotics, and a strong focus on coding from day Zero At the same time, we are committed to providing the best exposure to students through international treks, fully funded conferences, and hackathons This vision presents a unique opportunity to shape the future of higher education and make a significant impact in the field, We have a strong core team consisting of alumni from IITs and IIM who have several years of industry experience in companies like Unacademy, Inmobi, Ola, and Microsoft On this mission, we are backed by some of the most respected investors around the world RTP Global, Nexus Venture Partners, and a slew of angel investors, including CREDs Kunal Shah, Flipkarts Kalyan Krishnamoorthy, Unacademy and Razorpay founders, Udaans Sujeet Kumar among others, Responsibilities Gain insights through in-depth market and user research in the ed tech domain, Develop a deep understanding of student personas and journeys, Build, frame & execute a persona-based communication plan to improve learning outcomes and product adoption Articulate the value proposition of products & create compelling brand positioning and messaging, Conceptualize, build out, execute, and measure communication initiatives end-to-end Improve CX through NPS, surveys, and feedback, Own product storytelling across external channels such as web, email, video, PR, Develop comprehensive marketing plans for sales and marketing teams Facilitate the marketing team to generate strong momentum ahead of new product launches, Expertise in tools like Clevertap, Clarity, Hotjar, Webflow, and Google Analytics, Focus on implementing programs that consistently generate new, high-quality leads for our company Requirements Self-starter always striving to go the extra mile to deliver a delightful student experience, Passion for products & constant curiosity about consumer pain points, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Have great project management and business process design skills,
