Marketing Intern - Cold Calling

As an Outbound Sales Associate, your role involves making outbound calls to potential leads in order to introduce the company's products/services. Your primary responsibilities include generating interest among leads, fixing appointments for the sales team, maintaining a database of customer information, and ensuring follow-up to drive engagement and conversion. Additionally, you will be required to assist in marketing and promotional activities as needed, and report your daily progress to the manager. Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to potential leads - Introduce the company's products/services - Generate interest and fix appointments for the sales team - Maintain a database of customer information - Follow up with leads to ensure engagement and conversion - Assist in marketing and promotional activities as required - Report daily progress to the manager Qualifications Required: - Female candidate, currently pursuing or recently completed graduation (any stream) - Good communication skills in English and local language - Confidence in speaking over the phone - Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets - Enthusiastic, proactive, and willing to learn Please note that the job type is full-time and suitable for freshers.
