Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Head to lead our marketing initiatives, strengthen brand positioning, develop effective marketing strategies, and drive business growth. Candidates with hospitality industry experience will have an added advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

- Lead digital marketing, branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing initiatives.

- Plan and oversee marketing campaigns across relevant channels.

- Analyze campaign performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

- Manage brand positioning, customer engagement, and lead-generation initiatives.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective campaign execution.

- Monitor marketing budgets, KPIs, and campaign ROI.

- Identify opportunities to improve brand awareness and business growth.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Proven experience specifically as a Marketing Head.

- Strong knowledge of marketing strategy, brand management, and campaign execution.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

- Experience in digital marketing and performance analysis.

- Hospitality industry experience will be an added advantage.
