Job Summary

Manju Groups is seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Head to lead the company’s marketing initiatives, brand positioning, lead generation and customer acquisition. The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies to support the company’s real estate business growth, strengthen brand visibility and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for real estate projects, including residential plots, villas and other company developments.
• Brand Management: Build and strengthen the Manju Groups brand through effective campaigns, promotional activities and consistent brand communication.
• Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing initiatives, including social media, Google Ads, SEO, online campaigns, website management and digital lead generation.
• Lead Generation: Plan and execute marketing campaigns to generate quality leads and improve customer acquisition across B2B and B2C segments.
• Sales Coordination: Work closely with the Sales, Pre-Sales and Business Development teams to align marketing campaigns with business targets and project requirements.
• Campaign Management: Plan and oversee advertising, outdoor promotions, property exhibitions, events, brochures, creatives and other marketing activities.
• Market Research: Analyse market trends, competitor activities, customer preferences and project positioning to identify new business opportunities.
• Marketing Budget: Prepare and manage marketing budgets, monitor campaign expenditure and evaluate return on investment (ROI).
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor and manage the marketing team, including digital marketing, content, design and campaign personnel.
• Performance Monitoring: Track marketing KPIs such as lead volume, lead quality, campaign conversion, cost per lead and marketing-generated sales.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field; MBA in Marketing preferred.
• Minimum 8–12 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Proven experience in developing and executing integrated marketing and lead-generation strategies.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, advertising, branding and campaign analytics.
• Experience in managing marketing teams, budgets, agencies and multiple campaigns.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation and analytical skills.
