Marketing Executive

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and well-presented Marketing professional with 23 years of experience to coordinate marketing activities across all units. The role involves close interaction with doctors, unit heads, and the HR department to support all marketing initiatives, including events, posters, flyers, and doctor-focused campaigns. The candidate will serve as a key link between internal stakeholders and the branding/design team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit all units regularly to coordinate with doctors, unit heads, and the HR head regarding ongoing and upcoming marketing activities.
• Gather requirements for events, posters, flyers, and doctor campaigns and ensure accurate briefing to the branding/design team.
• Follow up with the design team to ensure timely creation of marketing materials.
• Review and ensure quality, correctness, and alignment of all marketing assets before sending them to the requesting stakeholders.
• Coordinate and support execution of on-ground events and campaigns.
• Maintain clear communication and timely updates across departments.
• Handle documentation, approvals, and tracking of marketing requests and deliverables.
• Assist in building brand consistency across all units through structured marketing support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Management, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in coordination, branding, or healthcare marketing.
• Good communication skills with a professional and presentable appearance.
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and multitasking abilities.
• Basic understanding of branding and design processes.
• Ability to build positive relationships with doctors, unit heads, and internal teams.
• Willingness to travel across units as required.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary:

  35,000 – 45,000 per month

• Allowance:

  3,000 per month
• Other organizational benefits as per policy.
