The role involves generating leads, managing marketing campaigns, handling client inquiries, and supporting the sales team to achieve business goals. 📌 Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute marketing strategies to promote real estate projects Run online/offline campaigns (social media, WhatsApp, flyers, etc.) Generate qualified leads through digital and field marketing Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and client meetings Manage property listings on portals like 99acres, MagicBricks, etc. Follow up with potential customers and maintain a client database Attend property expos, events, and promotional activities Prepare marketing reports and performance updates
