Marketing Executive:

• Generate leads through field visits, calls, social media, and local marketing activities.
• Visit prospective clients, explain product/service benefits, and convert them to customers.
• Execute marketing campaigns such as flyer distribution, posters, and local promotions.
• Maintain good relationships with existing customers and provide regular follow-up.
• Understand market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Prepare daily reports on leads, visits, and conversions.
• Coordinate with internal teams for client onboarding and support.
• Achieve monthly sales and performance targets.
• Represent the company professionally in the assigned territory.

Tele caller:

• Make Inbound/outbound calls to potential customers from the given database.
• Explain product/service details clearly and confidently.
• Generate leads and identify interested customers.
• Follow up with leads regularly to increase conversion chances.
• Handle customer queries politely and provide accurate information.
• Maintain and update call logs, lead status, and customer details.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead targets.
• Share daily call reports and performance updates with the manager.
• Follow calling scripts and maintain professional phone etiquette.
• Coordinate with the sales/marketing team for smooth lead transfer.
