Company Description

We are seeking a Marketing Executive for the Lucknow location.

Marketing & Branding

Plan and execute local marketing campaigns (online and offline)
Visit preschools, residential societies, and community hubs for brand visibility
Organize school promotional events, exhibitions, and open houses
Build partnerships with local businesses and influencers for referrals
Manage school social media presence with creative inputs.

Lead Generation & Outreach

Generate high-quality leads through field visits, tie-ups, and referrals
Conduct door-to-door campaigns and participate in education fairs
Maintain a database of potential leads and follow up diligently
Build strong relationships with prospective parents and community members

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate in Marketing / Business / Education or related field

2–5 years experience in school admissions/marketing (preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English & local language)

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with fieldwork

Familiarity with CBSE education system

Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media is a plus
