Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Develop marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth. Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns across various channels (online/offline). Analyze customer feedback and provide insights for future marketing initiatives. Manage promotional activities such as contests, events, and product launches. Desired Candidate Profile 1-3 years of experience in a similar role or industry. Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders (sales team) and external partners (agency vendors). Proficiency in using digital tools for tracking performance metrics (e.g., Google Analytics). Strong understanding of marketing principles, including brand awareness, campaign planning, execution, evaluation, and strategy development.
