Job Overview

Podar Education Network is seeking a Mid-Level Marketing Executive for its Mangaluru location. This is a Full-Time position requiring 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience. The successful candidate will work on creating and managing effective marketing strategies to enhance the educational services offered by Podar, leveraging both traditional and digital marketing channels. This role is essential for driving brand awareness and engagement within the educational sector.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in campaign management to drive successful marketing initiatives, increasing brand visibility and engagement.
  • Expertise in project management to coordinate multiple tasks and ensure timely delivery of marketing projects and objectives.
  • Demonstrated competence in event planning to organize and execute educational events, workshops, and promotional activities.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing (Mandatory skill) for designing and implementing online marketing campaigns using various digital platforms.
  • Skillful in social media management (Mandatory skill) to boost school presence on social media platforms, engaging the community effectively.
  • Experience in the educational sector, particularly school experience (Mandatory skill), to understand and address the nuances of school marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess marketing strategies and campaigns, and adjust efforts to improve efficacy and reach.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts in line with organizational goals.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with the companys goals in the education sector.
  • Coordinate and manage both online and offline marketing campaigns including social media and content marketing.
