Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive – Media & Content Production to join our team at GSS Madhyama. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, building strong business networks, and driving revenue growth by promoting our content production services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition: Identify, approach, and acquire new clients for media and content production services.
• Business Networking: Build and maintain strong professional relationships with corporates, organizations, and institutions.
• Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote GSS Madhyama’s media offerings.
• Sales & Revenue: Achieve and exceed set sales and revenue targets.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to tailor content solutions as per client requirements.
• Partnerships & Sponsorships: Explore potential collaborations, partnerships, and sponsorship opportunities for media projects.

• Strong marketing, sales, and networking abilities.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive market.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in Kannada and English (spoken and written); knowledge of additional languages is an added advantage.

Qualifications:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Media, or a related field.
