Marketing Executive

Role & responsibilities Develop creative concepts and design for digital and printed brand materials, including direct mails, seasonal advertising campaigns, presentations, marketing brochures, invitations, tenders, promotions, pricing templates; Propose cohesive design strategies for packaging, visual merchandising and promotional/ special event presentation; Manage, organize and maintain graphic files, including logos, photos and artwork; Work with Category to create promotions on Ageing; Activate Promotions such as Ageing, Brand & Near Expiry on time-time basis; Create uniform POP's across all retail shops for Brand Promotions along with allocation and activation periodically; Create event calendar on promotions based on demographic/season; Rightful implementation in system & floor. Request images (ppt); Develop and launch discounts, gifts, coupons (& contests in case of PX/DDF/SP); Measure promotion effectiveness and optimize if needed; Measure ATL/BTL effectiveness and optimize if needed; Ensure locations implement pricing template (Regular & WAS/NOW). Monthly reviews; Ensure GWP's are used righteously across locations. Cross check with NAVISION to control misuse. Preferred candidate profile a. Functional i. Experience working on the tools like Photoshop, CorelDraw, Flash and Illustrator ii. Experience making 3D and 2D shop rendering and plans would be an added advantage iii. Should have basic experience in Logo design, Brochure Design, Template design, Banner design, Poster Design, Packaging artwork. iv. Excellent Concept/ Visualization skills v.
