Job Title: Marketing Executive – Field Work (1 Position)

Salary: Up to ₹25,000/month + Incentives

Role Summary: As a Marketing Executive (Field Work), you’ll be responsible for promoting our shop locally, building brand awareness, and driving foot traffic through on-ground marketing activities. The role involves on-ground marketing, lead generation, and outreach to potential customers and partners. You’ll be the face of our brand in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

-Conduct field visits to promote the shop in nearby areas

-Distribute flyers, samples, and promotional materials

-Build relationships with local businesses, offices, and communities

-Organize small promotional events or stalls when needed

-Generate leads and support conversion through follow-ups

-Assist in organizing marketing events and promotions at kiosks or food trucks

-Report daily activity and leads to the management team

-Support digital marketing efforts with local insight.

Requirements:

-Minimum 1 year of experience in field marketing or sales

-Must own a bike and a smartphone

-Prior experience in field sales or marketing preferred

-Basic knowledge of marketing strategies preferred

-Comfortable with outdoor work and flexible timings

-Familiarity with the local area is a plus
